Three members from the Greater Houston Horse Council Disaster Preparedness Committee attended a class on Animal Disease Response Training on Tuesday, July 27th, 2010 at the Harris County Sherriff’s Academy. The class covered Biosecurity, Quarantine Premises and Zone Designations, Personal Protective Equipment and Respiratory Protection, Animal Disease/Euthanasia and Disposal and Cleaning and Disinfection.
